Within Abajo, we have created our own interpretation on what it means to be passionate about produce and utilising the most refined culinary techniques.
The Abajo chef’s table menu consists of a selection of chapters, an intimate experience with chefs, allowing our guests to understand the culture behind every flavour. Guests are taken on a culinary journey with dishes served straight from the Abajo kitchen, a different setting to that of HUMO. At Abajo, there is no physical fire but the Abajo menu exudes the same innovative warmth, experimental and creative flare.

Mastered culinary skills
Our weekly changing menu is priced at £150 per person with optional drinks pairings that are available by request. Throughout your evening you will be guided through a multiple-step Abajo by HUMO experience.
Note: Abajo is open Thursday- Saturdays and available for private hire Monday- Saturday.
During Abajo experiences, we will always do our best to accommodate any dietary requirements, however, due to the nature of our menus, this may not always be possible. Should you have anything for us to be aware of, please do contact us at least one week prior to your booking. Unfortunately due to the ingredients used, we cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian requirements.
