HUMO x ACME FIRE CULT
Thursday 20th November, HUMO collaborates with Chef Andrew Clarke of Acme Fire Cult for a one-night only collaboration, exploring the many ways fire shapes flavour, texture of ingredients, and connection between flame, smoke and dish.
For £190 per person, expect bold, elemental cooking, rooted in craft and camaraderie — a meeting of two restaurants united by a shared respect for flame, produce, and the people who gather around it. HUMO join forces with Acme’s BBQ Party style concept to deliver an exclusive experience for all.
In partnership with Glenfiddich, guests will be welcomed with a complimentary cocktail to begin the evening.
