Born from the energy of HUMO, IGNI marks its evolution: a move towards greater refinement, control and culinary focus, with every element having purpose. Fire transforms, and so do we. Under the direction of new Executive Chef Theo Clench and General Manager Gaëlle Dubois, IGNI will open in place of HUMO as a refined evolution of fire dining, focusing on seafood and world-class produce.
